Regional Portfolio Manager

As Regional Portfolio Manager, Jenna’s focus is on ensuring the same standard of excellence in customer services is extended throughout all of Cobalt Properties' three offices. As a Leasing & Sales Broker, Jenna uses her property management experience to lead Cobalt’s sales and leasing division. So whether you're a commercial client, or a prospective renter looking for the right space or home to lease, Jenna is committed to find a solution that fits your needs.

Susan Peterson

Controller

Susan, our controller, has been with Cobalt since 2018. She has over 20 years of accounting experience and has a passion for helping Cobalt and our owners make sense of financial information. With an accounting education from California State University, Fresno, she has worked in a variety of industries.

Melissa Sander

Residential Portfolio Manager

As a property manager with 17 years in the industry split between residential and commercial, Melissa brings her clients a wealth of experience and expertise. Melissa often jokes there isn’t anything she hasn’t seen, smelt or dealt with. We love that! Melissa’s portfolio spans both residential and commercial properties bridging both office and field work. A native Oregonian, Melissa and her husband moved from Beaverton to Bend in 2019.

With a rich background in property management, Travis brings years of valuable experience with a focus in student housing. Originally from Chico, California, he embraced Bend's vibrant community in 2022, infusing a fresh perspective and passion for Property Management. Residential Property Accountant

Michele van Spaendonk, our Residential Property Accountant, holds a degree in Economics from University of Oregon and boasts a diverse professional history. Michele's primary dedication is to oversee the accounting requirements of both tenants and property owners for Cobalt’s Residential Portfolio. Her attention to detail ensures that financial matters are impeccably managed on all fronts. Michele’s expertise, coupled with her commitment to excellence and comprehensive understanding of property management intricacies, is a driving force behind our seamless property management operations.

Tom Carlson

Office Administrator

Tom Carlson joined the Cobalt team in 2022. Tom has a passion for helping people and prides himself on delivering excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Tom’s primary duties include file management, managing tenant, owner, and vendor insurance policies, and ensuring the office is running smoothly with various other administrative tasks. He is a native Oregonian who has lived in Bend for the last ten years.

Greg Dider

Maintenance Technician

Greg joined the Cobalt team in 2022 as a Maintenance Technician and Project Coordinator. He brings over 25 years of maintenance and construction experience and is an asset to both tenants and property owners. Greg takes pride in delivering prompt service to get issues resolved quickly to maintain renter’s satisfaction while protecting our client’s assets.
